UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS

The firmware can be upgraded through the web viewer and Wisenet Device Manager.
Please follow the instructions from the user manual.

Improvements and Changes

- Fixed an issue where the system settings of the camera cannot be backed up when the plug-in is not installed in the browser.

- Fixed an issue where privacy area settings and camera setup are missing when backing up or restoring the camera settings.

New Features
========================

- Added Pan/Tilt speed control function. Possible to select between Exponential and Linear.

- Added Pan/Tilt motor initialization function.
  This function automatically corrects the reference position of the Pan/Tilt motor at a certain interval, in order to solve the issue of the Pan/Tilt reference position being swung due to gravity and external shock after an extended period of use.

- Added a function that causes a camera to move to the last power-off PTZ position when it is restarted.


Improvements and Changes
========================

- Modified the area setting information of Motion detection, Smart codec, Privacy area, and Intelligent Video Analytics(IVA) to be transmitted by rotating them to fit Flip/Mirror setting status in SUNAPI protocol.

- Fixed a problem in which the WDR operation was not controlled through the ONVIF protocol.

- Fixed a problem in which RTSP URLs were provided in IPv4 format, even in IPv6 mode.

- Improved to immediately send I-frame when SetSyncronizationPoint is requested while video is transmitted via ONVIF protocol.

- Modified the ONVIF metadata delivery method for motion detection events. 
  Previously, metadata was transmitted only at the start and end, but now the motion detection metadata is transmitted every 5 seconds. 

- Changed to keep NTP server time synchronized when using NTP server. 

- Improved the system/event logging method.

- Improved hand over operation scenario.
  In the past, if a preset command with the same number was received during a preset movement, it would stop and then restart. Now, if an identical preset command is received during a preset movement, the scenario has been modified to ignore the newly entered command and to continue operating without stopping.

- Increased Pan/Tilt manual control speed from '120' to '250'.

- Eliminated phenomenon in which the hidden privacy area was exposed when the pan angle is controlled around 0 degrees from side to side.

- Changed DDNS name to ˇ®WiseNet DDNS'.

- Changed the DDNS server name to 'ddns.hanwha-security.com'.

- Changed the default friendly name of UPnP discovery and Bonjour in auto IP configure menu to 'WISENET'.
