Files Required:
Each camera series requires the following 3 files to perform the upgrade.  Note that the WiseAI application is shared among these single-sensor camera models.

PNB-A9001

Notes:
All AI-related configuration (Object Detection, Best shot, Face Mask Detection, Social Distancing, IVA, Statistics) will be lost and will need to be re-configured in the new WiseAI application after the upgrade process.  Non-AI Camera settings will be maintained throughout the upgrade process. If you have a legacy camera configuration file, you can use it restore the NON-AI related functions configuration if needed after the upgrade.

If you are using the Occupancy Monitoring Application, you will need to upgrade the application after the firmware upgrade.

This upgrade is NOT for RoadAI camera models.  

Certain integrations may not be compatible with the new firmware platform.  Please check with your integration partner before upgrading.  If an integration fails to function correctly, you may need to downgrade the camera platform.  Please contact Hanwha support for assistance.

It is not required to factory default the camera, however, if you encounter abnormal behavior or performance after the upgrade process, please consider performing a factory default.

Please do not operate the camera using the bridge firmware.  The bridge firmware should only be used during the upgrade process.

WiseAI New Features:
- Compatible with upgraded camera platform running firmware v2.21.06 or later
- AI functions moved to Wise AI section
- WiseAI application can be removed if camera memory is needed for other features or if AI functions are not allowed
- Slip & fall detection analytic added
- WiseDetector (Machine learning) function added to train camera to detect custom objects.  Please use the latest version of Wisenet Device Manager to configure the WiseDetector function.
- Loitering analytic dwell time increased to 900 seconds
- Vehicle type detection added (car, bus, truck, motorcycle, bicycle) and applicable for granular IVA event rules
- Vehicle counting function added
- Crowd counting function added
- Vehicle/person direction attribute added to BestShot/metadata

Upgrade process:
1) Upgrade camera from old firmware platform using bridge firmware v.2.19.99_xxxx (each series will have a unique bridge firmware file).  The upgrade can be initiated using the camera web interface or Wisenet Device Manager.  

2) Upgrade camera to new platform using firmware v2.21.xx.

3) Install WiseAI application CAP file v1_02_01 (WiseAI_v_AA_1_02_01_20230628.cap) using the camera web interface (Open Platform menu) or Wisenet Device Manager.

4) Re-configure AI functions.  Navigate to the web interface setup menu > Analytics > WiseAI.  Configure all necessary AI functions. Note that ALL the camera configurations related to Object Detection, Best shot, Face Mask Detection, Social Distancing, IVA, & Statistics are at factory default and needed to be reconfigured within the WiseAI application.

5) Upgrade Occupancy Monitoring Application to v1.30.00, if necessary, and re-configure.
