UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS

The firmware can be upgraded through the web viewer and Wisenet Device Manager.
Please follow the instructions from the user manual.

Improvements and Changes
========================

- X Series 1.4 security changes applied

  - Encryptes when saving key
  - Responds to BufferOverflow attack
  - Responds to attacks using IP or SNMP setup logic
  - net-snmp version upgrade
  - Fixed an issue where special characters cannot be entered for snmp community string 
  - Uses the 3DES Cipher suite during the communication through TLS encryption

- Fixed the reset behavior bug after configuring Display for the Live screen

- Fixed the Playback step forward/backward behavior bug

- Fixed the bug of framerate falling below the limit for any resolution less than 2M

- Fixed the bug of Live screen freezing after setting H.264 Dynamic FPS

- Fixed the bug of resolution information going missing when registering NVR with ONVIF

Improvements and Changes

- Fixed an issue where ONVIF discovery didn't work intermittently.

- Changed to allow a user who is added via ONVIF to use only the default profile.

- Fixed an issue where Chinese OSD can not be set in ONVIF due to encoding error.

- Fixed an issue that the Admin password can not be changed in the ONVIF Device Manager.
